Tone It Up 7 Day Slim Down

I am super excited to say I am back at it! Last week I completed the Tone It Up 7 Day Slim Down and CRUSHED IT! I loved the plan and how it made me feel! Within a few days I was feeling better and lighter! The hardest part for me was getting used to eating more vegetables and salads! I am not the biggest salad fan when it comes to eating them every day! But I knew that those 7 days would help me jump start my weight loss and get me really motivated to continue on! I knew it was time to get real and honest with myself! Here are my results!

Last week I crushed 5 workouts and ate super clean! Those results speak for themselves! I am going into this week know expecting that the loss will slow down, which I am completely fine with! I can’t wait to see what next week brings!
